In 1999, mountaineer Conrad Anker found the frozen body of the long-missing George Mallory on Mount Everest who once attempted the first climb up the mountain, 75 years earlier. Could it be true that Mallory and his fellow climber Andrew Sandy Irvine had reached the top before they froze to death? Anker reconstructs the journey of the two together with Leo Houlding in an attempt to get an answer to that question, among other things.
