Organ plot

A Polish soldier tries to avoid persecution by the Nazis during World War II by donning the robes of a dead monk and enlisting at a monastery. He is accepted and soon proves to be very talented at playing the organ. However, the local mayor becomes jealous when he is replaced by him as organist in the church.
