Beach Fever plot

From the moment young Japanese entrepreneur Sake sets foot on American soil, he has only one obsession... women. And where are the most beautiful women? On the beach. His biggest problem is finding the perfect opening line. In his innocence he insults some girls. When he takes decorating lessons with Chat, the charmer of the beach, things get better. Together they meet Ernie, and luck smiles upon them. Ernie has invented a special love perfume that excites all women.
