A rough and obsessive cop, Detective Mike Fletcher and his partner Kelsey Walker are on the trail of a serial killer who prowls the streets chasing prostitutes. When Fletcher's teenage daughter disappears, he discovers that the killer kidnapped her because he mistook her for a hooker. His obsession is only heightened and he drops all his professionalism to find the killer and save his daughter.
