The seasoned infantry units of the German 11th Panzer “Ghost” Division silently took up positions on the snow-covered hills near Nennig, Germany. The weary soldiers of the US Army's 94th Infantry Division stood ready to defend the town. A position that was essential for the Allied advance and the winning of the war. Petty Officer Sergeant Don Smith, hopeless and outnumbered, struggles to find any hope and courage against this overwhelming odds.
