Paris Trout plot
"A brutal murder in a small town. A triangle of passion, power and rage."
In the 1950s, Paris Trout is the openly racist owner of a store in a Georgia village. His harshness makes it increasingly difficult for his wife Hanna to live with him, especially when a black man invokes the insurance he bought Paris when he bought his car. Not only does Paris refuse to fulfill his obligation, but moments later he personally decides to set the record straight, with consequences that will permanently damage the lives of all involved.
