Patient X plot

"Some patients don't go home. Some patients don't die."

When Luke was a boy, he saw his entire family being massacred by a group of men. Twenty years later, he is a surgeon, but he still suffers from the trauma of this event. When he learns that the local police have caught a killer also suspected of killing his family, he returns to his hometown to uncover the truth.
