"It's been 122 degrees for the last two weeks...the rivers are going dry...the power's been knocked out...a sweltering city is grinding to a halt...and for a man and his pregnant wife the worst is yet to come."

A quiet village is hit by one of the hottest and deadliest heat waves ever. Massive people die from dehydration and chaos breaks out. Frank Taylor and his pregnant wife Laura can no longer flee the village and fight for survival.
