"What a Woman This "Oomph" Girl Is...She Makes These "Angels" Wash and Behave!"
A young man who has just been released from reform school moves with his sister to a new neighborhood, where they intend to start a new life. However, he is soon harassed by the local mob boss and corrupt politicians. He is soon charged with arson and murder, crimes he did not commit.
