"He was Judge... Jury... and Executioner!"

Mr. Rabbey is the host of a children's television program. When he goes off the set, however, he turns into a ruthless killer. Then he learns that certain parents are mistreating his beloved viewing tube children. He decides to find them one by one and kill them.

Amateur and ugly nonsense about a children's show puppeteer who kills parents who abuse their children. Lots of police investigation and probably all actors from the local amateur dramatics society. Mr. Rabbey is a sort of Norman Bates with puppet puppetry. Pretty boring.
