Bobby Delgado, undefeated MMA world champion (an elusive and clandestine 'Mixed Martial Arts' underworld league) is incarcerated for eight years for accidentally killing his opponent. During this period in what he calls "purgatory," Bobby has a psychic "change my life" experience that will further shape his future path of redemption. Enraged at the loss of his master fighter, Jarvis Sweet swears revenge and finds himself a new fighter in the form of Wade Bull, a vicious ex-underworld blackmailer, few of whom can match his skills in killing. Sweet and mob boss Sal Civelo launch a ruthless and provocative campaign that forces Delgado to temporarily back off. The pressure on everyone mounts and the danger increases. What follows is a brutal and bloody confrontation for survival. There are no rules and there is no mercy in this game of death and all scores will now be settled once and for all.
