Ties That Bind plot

To earn some extra money, a couple rents out the guest house of their recently purchased house. The tenant may also use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The woman is very satisfied with the candidate, but the man has his doubts because the woman works as a nurse in the same hospital as the man. The man also has a little harder time because the nurse is very attractive and seductive. It doesn't take long for the small conflicts to show up and the problems to escalate. However, the tenant does not intend to just leave.
