"Payback is a Bitch of a Whore"
Aborted from his mother with a bent clothes hanger and left for dead in a rat-infested trash can, "Hanger" miraculously survives this incident. Eighteen years later, he is ready to take revenge on the cruel pimp Leroy who killed his mother during the abortion. Through slaughter and mutilation, Hanger makes his way through a web of pimps, hookers and junkies to eventually reach Leroy's neighborhood.
