Mask of the Ninja plot

Kenji Takeo is a wealthy Japanese man who heads a company that develops supersonic weapons. One day, the millionaire's beach house comes under attack from a band of ruthless ninjas. Takeo does not survive the attack, unlike his daughter Miko (Kristy Wu). In a state of shock, she mumbles 'kokushibyu', which means 'black death' in Japanese. Detective Jack Barrett (Casper Van Dien) links Takeo's death to "the curse," a secret code for a biological weapon. The dangerous ninjas appear desperate for this code. However, with Takeo's death, the secret seems lost forever. Or can Miko find the code in time to destroy the new weapon?
