"She's 250 Pounds of Maniacal Fury!"
After Ethel is released from the psychiatric hospital, she goes to stay with her grandmother for a while. When her grandmother discovers that Ethel does eat a lot, she hides the food in a closed cupboard. Ethel goes crazy and decides to kill her so she can get back to the closet and stuff herself completely. And woe betide if anyone else stands between her and her food.
