Pour Rire! plot
Nicholas is unemployed. He has been living with Alice for 15 years. He realizes that Alice is only interested in cycling and reading the newspaper 'L'Equipe'. A depressed girlfriend, Juliette, tells Nicolas the reasons for his wife's sporting whim. She has a lover, Gaspard, who works as a photographer for the newspaper 'L'Equipe'. Nicolas decides to bring this relationship to an end. He becomes acquainted with Gaspard and does his best to become a good friend of his, without Alice being aware of it. One evening, Gaspard tells Nicolas that his fiancée is finally moving in with him. That evening Gaspard and Alice would have dinner together. However, Nicolas convinces Gaspard to go on a pub crawl, leaving Alice waiting alone for Gaspard. At that moment she wonders: “Did I make the right choice?”
