Tisícrocná Vcela plot
In a Slovak corner of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, we follow the adventures of the Pichanda family from the end of the nineteenth century to the end of the First World War. The Pichandas are farmers and beekeepers and their patriarch is Martin, whose life we follow in the first part of the film. The second part revolves around his son Samo, his political intrigue before the First World War and the tragedy of the war itself.
