La Maison Jaune plot

Mouloud is a farmer from the Aurès, an arid region in Algeria. We follow him as he clings to the wheel of his motor tricycle as he drives all night, 150 kilometers away. He is going to collect his son's body. As a soldier, he fell into an ambush. Early in the morning Moumoud arrives at the morgue and takes the corpse with him, without permission. His house is high on a hill, far from civilization. His wife and daughters are waiting for him there. Close to their home they bury their beloved son and brother - silently, without making a noise - but that doesn't make the pain any less. How can he make the immense grief of his wife Fatima bearable?
