Sofia was born prematurely in a hair salon, on the day in 1968 that Bob Kennedy was assassinated. She grows up in her childhood in the kitchen of the house between the oven and the tables. She falls in love with Toni whom she marries and with Frank, with whom she discovers the art of fine cuisine, which has always been a passion for her. "Dieta Mediterránea" is the life story of the best cook in the world, and also of the two men who made her a legend.
