"In a city that never sleeps... this building is a nightmare."
An architect is haunted by supernatural phenomena when her project - a skyscraper - is nearing completion. Many people die in mysterious ways and it is as if something is out to touch her personally. She enlists the help of a cop and a ghost hunter to unravel the dark mystery.
