Dutch Cocaine Factory plot

Main character Arend is overheard and spied on. He suspects the information society. They keep a close eye on each other through the internet, telescope and binoculars. The film follows Arend towards 'Solutions' (a private rehab clinic), with an attempt along the way to breathe new life into an old Dutch company: the Dutch Cocaine Factory (until the Second World War, the Netherlands was the largest producer of quality cocaine). There is also a party at Erwin Olaf, where decadently dressed guests feast on coke.
