Santo contra Cerebro del Mal plot
A bunch of bandits capture a police officer and take him to a mad scientist, who hypnotizes him and then uses him for a kidnapping. The scientist also manages to control other people of the city, including a bank clerk who has to steal money in his own bank. "El Incognito", an assistant to Santo, goes in search of the criminals' laboratory.
