Dark Side of Genius plot

"Creating an erotic masterpiece can be murder."

Julian Jons is a talented but troubled young artist. He has just been released from the asylum, where he has been staying for the last seven years for the murder of his girlfriend Anna, who was also his model. In an attempt to start painting again, he is pursued by journalist Jennifer Cole, who is intrigued by his complex nature. Against the backdrop of the modern art world, she begins to dig into the past, fully aware of the painful memories it holds for Julian and perhaps danger to herself.
