Naïs plot
Toine works on a farm. He is hunchbacked and he suffers from his lack, for he secretly loves the beautiful Naïs, the only daughter of his employer Micoulin, a grim man who does not fail to make fun of him now and then. One day, a Parisian student, Frédéric - a charmer and sweet talker - arrives at the farmstead to spend his holidays. But really, that cunning young man has only one goal: to seduce the innocent Nais.
