"ABLAZE WITH LOVE!"
At the time of the American Prohibition period, columnist Don Corwin is in love with the singer Georgia King, but she is in love with the dodgy gambler and mobster Steve Maddux. After Prohibition ends, Maddox goes through a rough patch and leaves Georgia poor. However, Don appears to have remained loyal to Georgia.
