Reasonably entertained, but nothing more.

Terribly original, but hey, it looked nice.

The low point was definitely the babysitter.... *2.5

Mediocre entertainment.

I expected Babysitter Wanted to be a simplistic horror film that is also real genre work. However, these types of films are often of the kind that overdo it by adding all kinds of drama elements to the story. Fortunately, this film suffers less from that.

This film knocks itself over after 45 minutes, half of it, and goes in a completely different direction without adding too much drama. Since both directions are very different from each other, I cannot say that the switch is going well. That is where the sore point lies. Separately, the different directions are great entertainment, but they do not complement each other well.

The acting is not too good, but not too bad either. Typically a horror film in which most of the work is mediocre. There are no exceptionally good performances and that is mainly because the cast is not given any space. A common problem with horror films, and this film is no exception.

In terms of horror itself, it is still quite nice. Cinematographically not the most beautifully stylized film, but it is certainly worth it. Nice lighting and a reasonable atmosphere. The tension isn't really there, but fortunately the film only aims for that for a limited time before it overturns itself. The gore is quite noticeable and is palpable, which somewhat compensates for the tension-free part of the film.

I got through it quickly and the film isn't too long, but it really should have worked out a bit better in both directions. More exciting and a bit harder, with a slightly more down-to-earth story. This feels quite clumsy and messy. As if the writers wanted to be interesting, but didn't feel like developing it properly. Nice for entertainment, but not high quality.

This is a really cheap and poor film, with the same 'acting performances'. You can't take the film seriously, but even then, it's painful to watch and get through and it's such a completely unnecessary film.

She is such a nice young Catholic girl, 1st year at college in a new town.

Our film has possibly given us a glance at our most heinous individual, our stalker maybe. The atmosphere out in the middle of the outskirts of the city is gloriously dark and hauntingly beautiful, so peaceful and calm.

The tension is high as our villain is making his presence felt, with silent phone calls and doorknob jiggling as well. Holy hamburgers, the plot has a 180° flip into the real terror we should be afraid of.

**Absolutely NOT for the Squimish**
