Otis plot
A young cheerleader is one day kidnapped and brutally tortured by the psychopath Otis. But at one point the young lady manages to escape and flees to her parents, who tell them the whole story. Because the parents do not trust the current legal system, they decide to take steps themselves. They go in search of the man to solve the matter personally. But things don't go quite as planned when his brother suddenly shows up.
