Qing Chun Ji plot
In China under Mao, a young girl from Shanghai is forced to live in a small village of the Dai minority in the sparsely populated and almost inaccessible south. At first she doesn't manage to adapt to the completely different lifestyle, but when she adapts her clothes to the style of the Dai girls, she learns to deal with her new living environment.
