Monsieur Paul plot

1972. News hits France that former Gestapo chief Klaus Barbie has been arrested in Argentina. Journalist Franck Jourdan wants to devote a piece to the many tortures that were carried out in Lyon under the command of Barbie. He discovers that a certain Paul Touvier was a key figure in the German bloodshed in occupied Lyon at the time. Jourdan wants Touvier finally convicted for his actions during the war and he launches a personal manhunt for Touvier.
