I don't complain about films very quickly, because the makers often do their best. This one is worth burning again,... in the fireplace.

Still quite a star.

Busy with the last few steps of the donation moving box and as is well known there is rarely anything good among them and this film underlined that once again. Once again it is a mystery to me that people will watch something like this or pay serious money for it. I in turn find it unbearable and was therefore glad that it was over.

Are there any good things to mention about this movie? Well, at least the cast with Goldberg and Keith David who always gets the benefit of the doubt. But other than that I wonder who comes up with something like this and undoubtedly the idea must have seemed okay on paper with the setup of the adult Michael looking back. However, it doesn't succeed for a moment, the humor is not funny and Redmond is in my eyes a complete miscast. Of course the focus should be on the side effects of the choices made around him because he is so smart, with all possible consequences, and later the usual high school nonsense.

But well as already said it is one big weak piece that does not interest, brings nothing, is not fun, is not funny, and so on. It is a waste of time to sit down for this and the dvd release can best be called chemical waste.
