Spa Night plot
Like many first-generation immigrants, David Cho serves as the link between the isolated Koreatown in Los Angeles, where his parents live, and the hectic city life. The family restaurant has to close, which makes for an unstable home situation and tensions rise. Not interested in his parents' desire to see him go to college, David secretly takes a job at a Korean spa to earn some money for the family. There he has to deal with the clash between traditional Korean culture and the underground world of gay dating.
