La Chatte plot
The Paris of the Dark War Years. A German patrol finds a transmission station and breaks into the house. A man tries to flee through the window, clings to a gutter but loses his grip and falls. He dies. His name is Massimier and he was married to a young woman who had just managed to escape. Cora, this lady, is determined to avenge her husband's death. She joins a network of the Resistance and assumes the identity of "The Cat". She is intelligent and courageous and manages to get her hands on the plans of designing a new rocket. But then she meets a Swiss journalist, who without realizing it is in reality a German officer. The man is looking for a love affair but begins to appreciate her more and more as a person. And that becomes a real dilemma for him.
