Hollywood stuntman Jingo (Jesse Vint) returns home to Oklahoma where his mother has fallen ill. He soon learns that his mother's illness has something to do with the illegal practices of the local Sheriff, Otis Grimes (Albert Salmi). He feels compelled to investigate how things work.
