Stolen Face plot

"Treachery wears a stolen face!"

A plastic surgeon has a brief relationship with a concert pianist, but she soon leaves him again for her ex-boyfriend. Desperate as he is, the surgeon hatches a plan. He helps a female criminal on the run from the police and changes her face according to the example of his lover. But then suddenly the pianist is on his doorstep again.
