"Take a deep breath, this is going to hurt."

In an old hospital, a doctor and seven sisters form an illegal business that sells bodies on the illegal market. When one sister wants to confess the whole affair, the other sisters intervene and kill her. However, this only has consequences, and soon the first deaths fall.
