Le Pistonné plot
June 1955. Claude, the boy from the movie Le Vieil Homme et l'Enfant has now come of age. He is 21 years old and has to do his military service. One of his friends guarantees him that he knows a man with connections who will ensure that he can stay in Paris, in the Air Force. After a heartbreaking farewell with his family and his fiancée, however, he must first go to Vincennes, and shortly afterwards he is transferred to Provins where he receives lessons, punishments and heavy chores. His regiment is then sent to Morocco for reinforcements. He will get to know life in the desert, the exotic beautiful women, the teasing of the brutal and anti-Semitic NCO and also the events that preceded Morocco's independence.
