Elvis Martini is a struggling landlord whose apartment complex is about to be closed by the bank. Elvis realizes that he cannot repay the thousands of dollars to the dangerous Albanian underworld. Things change when he discovers stolen money in a vacated flat. However, he finds out that the money belongs to an even bigger villain who wants his stolen money back. To exert pressure, he kidnaps Elvis' 9-year-old daughter and gives him 24 hours to return the $25,000.
