This movie was filmed in 1967 and had its world premier at the Miracle Theatre in Fayetteville, NC. It was filmed mostly in 16mm and blown up to 35 mm for theatre showings.It mostly played in the Southeast with limited success. I saw it at the Queen drive in theatre in Charlotte,NC shortly after its release,
No one seems to know what happened to the prints, both 16mm and 35 mm?
Maybe the producer still has master prints if he is still alive.
It had some great racing footage, a lot of it was from a race at Hickory Speedway in Nc, which David Pearson won, I was there.
Hopefully someone can solve this mystery and get a chance to make it available on DVD or on a streaming service.
