"A Good Cop ... With a Few Bad Habits!"
Harry 'Nails' Niles, Los Angeles' most gritty and hard-hitting cop, has just lost his partner in horrific fashion. In the investigation into the murder, the trail leads to a ruthless drug organization. With his tough attitude and with the help of an old friend, the trigger-happy Niles always manages to stay one step ahead of this organization. But when his ex-wife Mary is kidnapped, Niles does everything he can to free her, destroy the drug organization and most of all avenge the death of his partner.
