Zheng-Xing and Shou-Heng are best friends, they were formed by a teacher who felt that Shou-Heng needs a friend. Years later, they are actually best friends, but Zheng-Xing's feelings for Shou-Heng go beyond friendship. In a society where homosexuality is not or poorly accepted, Zheng-Xing cannot express his feelings. The situation is further complicated by Hui-Jia, she used to be Zheng-Xing's girlfriend, but now goes with Shou-Heng. Feelings of friendship and love complete the tangle of emotions.
