A group of students from Amsterdam is having a summer holiday on Texel, where they make constant advances on each other. Peter is in love with Annie. Sip is in love with Hans, who sees a future for himself as a draftsman. Maja, an older woman, in turn sees something in Peter and goes to great lengths to win his heart.
