Ottaal plot

Kuttappayi and his grandfather keep ducks in flooded fields in South India. Since his parents passed away, Kuttappayi's grandfather takes care of him with great care and tenderness. They fish, tell each other stories and fool around with each other. Kuttappayi lives a carefree and protected life until his grandfather falls ill and his future is uncertain.
