Farväl Falkenberg plot
The film follows five boys, who have known each other since childhood and are still friends as young men. They spend their summer in their hometown, the Swedish coastal town of Falkenberg. They are all bored in a city where there is little to do, but none of them have the strength to change anything. They don't want to move to a bigger city because they can't imagine life without their friends and it's hard to overcome the nostalgia for their childhood. Until one of the young men makes an unexpected decision...

Good film about a few childhood friends in their early twenties who spend their summer with quite a bit of boredom. It takes a while before the film gets going and it is a bit long-winded here and there. The camera work and the actors who are apparently friends of the director give the whole a personal touch. Beautiful music and thanks to the beautiful ending, just 3.5 stars.

Poor structure and effect of bond between friends, uninteresting personalities. Irritating camera work. No depth. Lots of pointless chatter. As a result, the intended emotions do not come across well. Lost generation types. No, not me, but Trois Couleurs Blue, Amelie or Il Postino. Not worth this movie, contentless.
