The Masque of the Red Death plot
Eccentric millionaire Ludwig (Herbert Lom) holds a masquerade ball in his massive 18th-century castle. All the guests are rich and famous, who owe much of their fame and fortune to the mysterious millionaire. Ambitious journalist Rebecca Stephens (Michelle McBride) manages to get in through a forged invitation to take exclusive photos of actress Elaina Hart (Brenda Vaccaro). However, it doesn't take long before the ball is disrupted: a masked maniac brutally kills the guests one by one.
