Tabor Ukhodit v Nebo plot
The film is set at the beginning of the 20th century in the gypsy world of Bessarabia, then part of Austria-Hungary, now Moldova. The love between the attractive but rebellious gypsy girl Rada and the handsome young horse thief Zobar leads to their tragic death during the wedding ceremony.

Gypsy is now considered derogatory. But Loteanu's Roma musical is indeed wonderful. Bright autumn colors and crazy ladies in even more colorful dresses. And yes, Svetlana Toma gets naked
