Civic Duty plot

American accountant Terry Allen falls into a depression after losing his job. Brainwashed by the constant media flood of terrorism suspicions, Terry begins to suspect his new neighbor, an Islamic student, of terrorism. Although both his wife and the police don't care about Terry's suspicions, he becomes increasingly obsessed with the neighbor's identity. Convinced that he is the only one who can prevent a major terrorist attack, Terry takes matters into his own hands.
