Beautiful drama with overall good acting and very atmospheric images that support the story well.

The quiet pace takes some getting used to in 2023.

It remains sad that Jacob Bijl's films have never appeared on DVD, for example.

As far as I know, only Beck has been available on VHS.

I could say 'Tiro!' finally got to see it thanks to a friendly southern neighbor, who has been careful with his VHS recordings made of television broadcasts...
