The Magus plot
Nicholas Urfe (Caine) takes a job as a teacher on a Greek island after the mysterious suicide of his predecessor. A strange magician on the island, Conchis (Quinn), plays a psychological game with Urfe with his girlfriend. It doesn't make his stay on the island any easier.
