Simple entertainment but very nicely done! Nice typical 80's soundtrack and Robyn Lively plays a very nice and attractive witch! 
Teen Witch does exactly what it is meant for, pure nonsense entertainment and of course a lot of feel-good. 
It's a bit strange that Louise & Polly get into a "fight" but it's not really talked out? The end credits came a bit unexpectedly because of this, as if the scene had been cut out or something?
The "making out" scenes were clearly real, something you don't see much of in today's Hollywood teen comedies.
No reason to ignore this film, you could do much worse.

The film doesn't really go into any serious depth, but what can you expect from a teen movie? Robyn Lively plays a likeable girl and the story is entertaining enough, with Zelda poltergeist Rubinstein in an amusing supporting role.
