Rising Storm plot
America, 2099. The country is led by a repressive Puritan maniac known as the Blessed Reverend. His thinking is simple: the rich are treated like kings and the poor are mistreated. The police should shoot first and ask questions later. Two brothers join a rebel group seeking to overthrow the Blessed Reverend. They find a video cassette with proof that the Reverend is a con man. When two members of the rebel group are kidnapped by the military police, a rescue is launched and they try to overthrow the Reverend as quickly as possible in front of the entire nation.
